Since our products are personalised and custom made, please ensure all details (photo, name, song) are correct before placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Once a personalised order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

We ship across India only.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Gift and Grid is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners

Since all products are custom made and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will resolve it immediately.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days if applicable.

Your personal information is collected and used only to process your order and improve your experience.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
