  • Customization Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing all personalized details—including uploaded images, photo quality, spelling, and custom text—before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from low-resolution uploads or customer typos.

  • Content Ownership: By uploading photos or designs to our platform, you confirm that you hold the legal right/ownership to use those images and that they do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

  • Product Variations: We make every effort to display product colors and materials as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings and manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our store are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing or due to stock availability issues.

  • Payments must be processed in full before production on personalized orders begins.

4. Orders & Cancellations Because our items are personalized and custom-crafted upon order, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once an item enters production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by postal couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the designated shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Replacement Policy

  • Personalized Products: Custom-made gifts (such as custom magnets, lamps, or printed items) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error made on our part.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof of the damage to receive a free replacement.

7. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using our site or content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to submit false or misleading information, or to upload malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability Gift and Grid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
