Refund policy

Overview

At Gift and Grid, every product is made with love and personalised just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns on Personalised Products

Since all our products are custom made and personalised (with your photo, name, or song), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

We request you to double check all details before confirming your order:

  • Photo quality (minimum 300 DPI recommended)
  • Name spelling
  • Song name and artist
  • Delivery address and pincod
When are you Eligible for a refund ?
we will offer a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:
  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered

How to Raise a Refund Request

If you face any of the above issues:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. WhatsApp or email us with the following:

    Your order number
    A clear photo of the issue
    Brief description of the problem

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Process

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method
  • UPI / Card refunds take 5–7 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 7–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once refund is processed

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them
  • After 2 hours, production begins and cancellation is not possible
  • To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately at our business number or email giftandgrid@gmail.com

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong photo or details submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Delivery delay caused by courier partner or incorrect address provided
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged package and product immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you
