Q. How long the shipping take?
At Gift and Grid, we aim to get your non-custom/handmade products shipped within 72 business hours. Once dispatched, please allow 7 to 18 business days for your order to reach your doorstep. For specific delivery estimates for each product, you can find the information on your order page. It's important to note that this is a general shipping timeline, and actual shipping durations may vary from product to product. During the checkout process, you will see more accurate delivery estimates, and in some cases, shipping times may be on the lower end of the range.
Q. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full replacement. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you a new product against any manufacturing defects/ shipping damages. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Q. Can i cancel my order?
Given that many of our products are customized, cancellations may not be possible even if the item has not yet been shipped, as it might already be in the production phase. We recommend contacting our customer support team promptly if you wish to cancel your order. While we will make every effort to assist you, please be aware that cancellations are subject to the specific production status of your customized product, and we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has commenced
